It’s not the hosts fault , my family still living on the island even said it was pretty rough and treacherous getting there. I know they didn’t make the roads. BEAUTIFUL villa. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The top terrace was the perfect place to hang out, day or night. We were walking distance from great restaurants and bars. There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable no matter what room we were in. The best part of the stay was the cleanliness of the whole villa. The community pool isn't large, but it was basically all ours durring the week. We would definitely return and recommend this villa to anyone. (from homeAway)

This is a perfect place for a family, easy walking distance to a world-class beach and great food. Wonderful views from the windows and decks, round the clock. This was a very quiet and comfortable place to stay - just a very short walk from Don Antonio Beach and the Island House Restaurant. The place is perfect for large groups and folks who like to sleep in since all the bedrooms are on the bottom floor and all the living spaces are on the floor above. The kitchen nice and well equipped. The place has two bathrooms, but the one in the master bedroom does not have a door separating it from the bedroom and the opening between the two rooms is very large. It's a little like having a toilet in the master bedroom so be forewarned. We were never successful in getting hot water to come out of the faucet in the bathroom in the master bedroom so we never showered in the soaking-tub shower there. We made do with the one shower in the hall bathroom, which worked well and ran hot. The air conditioning worked well throughout the house and the beds were comfortable. The place had a cooler, about seven beach towels, 2 boogie boards and two beach chairs. It was so nice to have the gear to really enjoy our time at the beach. Did a little laundry - which was great! The washer and dryer were very handy, right off the living room area. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful. She went the extra mile by sending me a few items COD that I forgot at the house. So nice!

The property was exactly as described in the listing. Very clean and better equipped than I expected. All cookware, flatware and drink glasses - even a drink blender and BBQ grill. The location was actually closer to Sandy beach than I thought. Restaurants and bars are a 5-10 minute walk. Elier was a great host, showing flexibility in the time of our arrival and departure. This experience makes me want to visit Rincon again and recommend to friends. airbnb

Elier was great! when we arrived he met us at 3 AM ! He delivered gas for BBQ within 10 minutes of the call. He probably would have been there earlier, but he was in Church when we called. Elier was very easy to get in touch with, by phone, text or email. The place was exactly as described. Very comfortable, clean, spacious and quiet. Our host made us feel most welcome and was extremely helpful in directing us from San Juan to Rincon. Very quick response from host when the propane ran out for the roof top grill as well. Our stay was absolutely wonderful!! Our condo in Landing View Villas was even better than the pictures with a beautiful, picture perfect roof top terrace and beautiful decor. It was also fully stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen to beach towels and beach toys. Host was so easy to deal with and answered every question I had (all 1,000 of them)! There are tons of restaurants within walking and a short drive and great dive ship about 7 minutes away. We will definitely be back for a week long stay as often as we can and will always use this company listings! (airbnb)

This property is exactly as pictured in the photos. We had a group of 6 people in the house and it was the perfect size. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 half baths. Gorgeous roof deck. House is equipped with a few beach towels (might want to bring a few of your own if you have a large group), beach chairs, dishes, glassware, silverware, washer / dryer (bring or buy laundry detergent), individual A/C units in each room, WiFi, 2 hair dryers, etc. Complex has a pool and there's parking for at least 2 cars. Location: Walking distance to Sandy beach, Casa Islena (great breakfast and lunch), Tamboo (great for lunch, beach side drinks, or bar night out) and a few other bars and restaurants. You'll likely need a car if you want to explore the other beaches (Domes) and restaurants (Ode to the Elephant, Calypso, Mi Familia pizza, Shipwreck). They are all super near by, but you probably don't want to walk. They were accommodating because we needed to leave at a very odd hour to catch our flights, so they brought us a lockbox to leave the keys and also great about responding fairly quickly to any questions I had. Overall, this house was perfect for our group. I would definitely recommend it and stay again if we ever came back to Puerto Rico. (airbnb)
